Policies

DEPOSIT:	A three (3)-night deposit is due within fourteen (14) days after Making reservation.
PAYMENT:	Full payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival date, except for Christmas reservations, which must be paid sixty (60) days prior to Arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS:	For a full refund cancellation of reservation must be received no Later then forty five (45) days prior to arrival date, except Christmas reservations, which must be, received no later then sixty (60) Days prior to arrival date.
POOL:	Some Villas have pool privileges.
CHECK IN TIME:	Check in time is 3 P.M. Check out Time is 11 A.M. Early check out time requires a three (3) day notice to avoid Financial penalty.
SPECIAL RATES:	For stays longer then 28 days call for details, SAVE.
CREDIT CARDS:	We accept Visa and Master credit cards only.
	Villa rental rates are subject to U.S. Virgin Island Government Room Tax and Service Fee.
